Banhoek Fruit Packers is a specialist packhouse situated on Mount Joy Farms, 45 kilometres from Cape Town harbour.  We utilise the latest computer technology and specialise in the packing of plums primarily for the export market.  Particular attention is paid to food safety and traceability.  The packhouse is operated by Banhoek Fruit Packers (Proprietary) Limited.

We provide employment for members of the Kylemore community.  The packhouse enables us to make a significant social contribution, not only by the provision of jobs and training, but also through community projects.  The packhouse is linked with Mount Joy Farms which is a leading producer of plums and a significant employer in the area.
